Refund Policy

We value your learning journey. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of your time and investment.

1. Digital Courses & Subscriptions

• Once a billing cycle begins, monthly plans are non-refundable.
• Users can cancel any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

2. One-on-One Coaching

• Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled without penalty.
• Sessions missed or canceled late (under 24 hours) are non-refundable, unless due to an emergency and subject to review.

3. Enterprise Solutions

• Custom contracts follow separate terms outlined in a signed agreement.
• Deposits for enterprise training are non-refundable after program launch unless stated otherwise in the contract.
